Interesting.....I don't remember Ginobili "getting through".
As I recall Manu was zigging and zagging trying to create some room or get his defender off balance, then whipping a pass across the lane to Duncan.
If Manu did "get through" he was still far from the basket, near the top of the key, as I recall....not yet an immediate threat to Potapenko unless he continued to drive to the basket.
And as I recall Potapenko did not jump out to Manu, he stayed with Duncan.
He just got beat by one helluva play.
