I believe so unless the vet minimum for Oberto is that amount but it sounds rather high for that. The old CBA rules the LLE could only be for 2 years. So right now it seems as if this came from the MLE.

If it did, then I think that rules SAR out, not Scola. Unless the spurs are planning a sign-n-trade for SAR.
