Zdovc is one of the European legends, not only Slovenian. World and European Champion, Euroleague Champion. He will be like Dejan Bodiroga, a player who could play in NBA, but chose not to. (I think Portland offered him a contract, but he refused) He was unofficially AND finally officialy (early nineties) the best defensive player in Europe. He represented the new type of player, where defense is much appreciated. Great spectacle. I guess there are no "goodbye" matches in USA? At least I haven't heard of any.
