I just sent an email back to Premium & Season Ticket Services, the folks who sent the email I mentioned above, with your questions and they should reply back with your answer. As the message may imply above ('We will alert you via email as more details develop.'), I might be getting subsequent emails from them prior to the season opener with other information about Spurs related events such as these. At least, that's how I read it and I'll share any info with the forum when I get it.
I changed my password to "incorrect" so whenever I forget it when I try to logon, the computer will say, "Your password is incorrect."
