I recall back during the draft when Splitter was scouted and then picked, that one of his drawbacks was that his hands were not that large for a typical man of his size thus giving him a disadvantage in ball handling. Taking that into consideration, he apparently does have physical limitations but I agree with Flipmode Master in that anyone with physical limitations can always find a way to overcome them and improve. One more regulation NBA season under his belt after having experienced the Finals and I think he can bump it up a few notches.
