It is almost comical to think that TD is taking any drugs, and I sincerely doubt TD is taking any steroids/drugs.
Tim is just too clever for that. He basically takes care of his body and dedicates his time to practice more and be BETTER at what he does.
The game that TD plays does not rely on athleticism rather on FUNDAMENTALS. That is the Tim Duncan School of Basketball which every new kid on the block should learn and adapt.
