the Bucks may be getting rid of Jennings, so they wouldn't be too interested in Neal since he can't bring a fraction that Jennings can. Then you bring Blair, undersized guy, who's not getting playing time on a championship contending team.
this guy is too good for it realistically. you'd have to throw in Danny Green and someone else probably and get some kind of package.
