Video: Former Spur Hill sinks Lakers

The Los Angeles Lakers lost to the Indiana Pacers Tuesday night, falling back below .500 and they did it in large part to their inability to sink free throws (23-43 from the line), problems shooting in general (31.6 percent from the field), trouble protecting the ball (19 turnovers) and former Spurs guard George Hill.

The Pacers were up one with 35 seconds to go when Hill hit an eight foot jumper to put the Pacers up 77-74. Good thing he did it too, because Kobe Bryant, who scored 40 points despite battling the flu, came down and drilled a three to tie the game at 77. The Pacers called a timeout and drew a play up for Hill. As the video shows, Hill dribbled the clock down to five seconds and made his move, getting past Pau Gasol and dropping a scoop, tear drop over Dwight Howard's outstretched arm with .1 seconds left (H/T to Ben Golliver of SI.com for the video).
