Philly is one of many teams this season that can't come close to a packed house and sells tickets for practically nothing. Last season they were well on their way to building a strong fan base and enthusiasm. They owed it to their fans to make certain they were getting someone of equal or better value in return for the people they let go. Too bad for the fans and too bad for the organization as a whole.
Every team owes it to their fans that they get good value when they trade good players. Bynum was a better player than Iggy and the reason they got a better player is he came with some risk. They took a calculated gamble and lost. It happens.
