One thing that I don't understand is why if the Spurs starting 5 are too old to be able to last, the Lakers aren't? After all, we have Kobe 34 (knees getting tired) - Nash 38 (bad back) -- Gasol 32 (emotionally damaged most of the time) - Artest 33 (just plain nuts) - Howard 27 (bad back)
That starting five is older than the Spurs and except for Manu much more fragile, something tells me the love they're getting is based on memories of players from year's past.
I hope both Green and Leonard step way up this season, so that come playoff time,they're both at the next level
