Props to the writer for appropriately adding "snap judgements" to his title as that's mostly what can be taken away from a first pre-season game.
A few impressions of my own:
Cory Joseph entered the game with bench team mates and rolled up 10 points, 2 assists and 3 steals in limited minutes.
Pop seemed to be testing out Powell with extended minutes and different rotations. Powell delivered until 12-14 minutes in, he seemed to run out of gas.
Bonner didn't attempt a shot.
Curry didn't get in until Pop cleared the bench and entered the game with an inexperienced squad. He got off to a bad start but once he shook out the butterflies he seemed to get the hang of it and became productive.
