Somewhat similar to Gary Neal.
Explosive scorer in an undersized package. More upside than Neal but not much and Neal seems to have a more well-rounded game although Bayless is the better player.
That is, Bayless is more talented and more capable of putting up points in bunches, but Neal plays more under control.
