Splitter and Diaw have to be a big part of it.
Blair CAN do it . . . he just needs to get his head out of his butt and be the beast he used to be. His rebounding rate is fairly mediocre now, and he used to about lead the league.
You start Diaw because he can complement TD and Splitter better. Then you see what you can get out of Blair, and also use Bonner (he was effective in drawing their bigs out of the paint).
