I still remember watching Michigan State football games on Saturday's back in the mid '60s and hearing the chant 'Kill Bubba Kill' coming from the home stands. The Spartans were awesome back then with Bubba Smith at defensive end and George Webster at 'monster' back. What a duo. I always thought of Bubba as being the gentle giant you didn't want to piss off. Rest in Peace big man.
