This is a reaction to the reaction generally, not to this particular article. But . . . I am fascinated that so many people who ordinarily scream about lawsuit abuse any time there is a news story about someone seeking large damages over physical or psychological injury are now FLIPPING OUT and calling for a bloodbath when people didn't get the kind of view of a football game they paid for.
I think these folks should be compensated, but tickets to next year's game, plus triple the face value, plus other compensation offered, seems about fair to me.
