boa is horrible, they called me 3x to ask me about some credit monitoring program, and 3x i told them no. they put it on my account anyway and charged me for it, then charged me overdraft because there was no money in the account. i didnt find out about this until they called me asking them to pay them. So they put a service on my account to monitor my credit but it only made it worse....thanks boa!!
