I hope the reform bill is better than what we have now, that's for sure.
But the government's track record with Medicare and Medicaide sure don't give me a lot of confidence.
It's hard to imagine under any set of bias, presupposition, opinions, or circumstances, that this bill increase the availability and quality of health care, and be deficit neutral. Like they say in Mississippi, that's giving me some Anal Glaucoma: My ass can't see it happening.
