I am starting to get a little worried about Manu.
One of the things we discussed back around the time of his injuries last year was the altered biomechanics involved in significant lower extremity injuries.
Basically, Manu is a finely tuned machine. When he injures one body part, it changes his balance and the forces with jumping, running, and cutting to the other parts of the force equation-- knee, ankle, hip joints, plus all the muscles/tendons, and the opposite leg. Not to mention the low back.
So I wonder if this is inadequate conditioning, or something far worse-- a sign that Manu's body can't handle the changed biomechanics post-injury and we're going to see a chain of minor injuries derailing him in series over the remainder of his career.
