A&M's Sherman in no hurry to name starting QB
Coach Mike Sherman had indicated that he planned to name a starting quarterback this week between Jerrod Johnson and Ryan Tannehill.
Asked if the timetable was still in effect, Sherman hedged slightly. "Did I say that?" Sherman asked. "It's not a controversy. We're very fortunate. A lot of teams would like to have the two quality quarterbacks we have. ... We'll figure this thing out soon enough."
