You can't compare this Dallas team to the Broncos team that Shanahan won with. T.Davis was the best player on that Broncos squad during theior championship run and he has aknowledged that T.O. is a cancer. You could bring whomever you want in to run this team, but as long as T.O. lines up at wideout you will never make the Superbowl.
