But in the end, redemption at the Alamodome belonged to Missouri quarterback Chase Daniel.
The former star at Southlake Carroll, in suburban Fort Worth, who threw three interceptions in regulation, rebounded with a 7-yard touchdown strike to All-American wideout Jeremy Maclin in overtime to lift the Tigers to a 30-23 victory before an estimated 55,986 fans.
